Ingredients:
- 20 dkg tagliatelle
- 20 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 1 small sausage cut into cubes
- fresh basil leaves
- 1 mozzarella ball
- 4 tbsp tomato puree
- 6 dl of water
- 2 dl cream
- Grated parmesan
- Chili, salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- I put the pasta, the halved tomatoes, the diced sausage, the basil, the chopped chili, the whole mozzarella in a high-walled pan, pour the water over, add salt and pepper, mix and cook under the lid. Stir a few times while cooking.
- When the pasta has softened, I add the tomato paste, pour the cream over it, sprinkle with the grated Parmesan, let it boil and serve it hot.
- When serving, sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan and fresh basil.
