Ingredients:

  • 20 dkg tagliatelle
  • 20 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 small sausage cut into cubes
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 1 mozzarella ball
  • 4 tbsp tomato puree
  • 6 dl of water
  • 2 dl cream
  • Grated parmesan
  • Chili, salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. I put the pasta, the halved tomatoes, the diced sausage, the basil, the chopped chili, the whole mozzarella in a high-walled pan, pour the water over, add salt and pepper, mix and cook under the lid. Stir a few times while cooking.
  2. When the pasta has softened, I add the tomato paste, pour the cream over it, sprinkle with the grated Parmesan, let it boil and serve it hot.
  3. When serving, sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan and fresh basil.
