A light and incredibly delicious lunch/dinner idea. As the delicious, juicy, roasted peach complements the tender, flavorful chicken breast… it’s truly fantastic how such a simple dish can be so wonderfully special.


  • 500g chicken breast fillet
  • 2 heaping tsp salt
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 heads of red onion
  • 500g drained canned peaches


  1. Cut the chicken breast into desired sizes, place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, add the spices, salt, and mix thoroughly to coat the meat evenly with the marinade.
  2. Arrange the seasoned chicken pieces on the air fryer rack basket, add the drained and quartered peaches, and the cleaned, quartered red onions. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Cooking time may vary depending on the air fryer and the size of the chicken breast pieces.
  4. Serve with steamed rice or quinoa according to taste.
