Instructions:
- I place the 2×3 sheets of patisseries in the basket of the full-bottomed airfryer, accordion-like.
- I beat the eggs with a whisk, add sugar, salt, milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, and finally the pitted cherries.
- I pour the curd-cherry sauce on the plate, cut a few slices of butter on top and bake it at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.
The baking time may vary depending on the device and also depends on the size of the baking dish. - When it’s done, I let it rest for a few minutes and then serve it sprinkled with powdered sugar.
