Ingredients:

  • 8 hot dogs
  • 100 g gouda cheese
  • 200 g sliced bacon
  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 egg
  • Dipping sauce (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Slice the hot dogs lengthwise, making sure not to cut through the ends or the bottom. Place a small piece of cheese into each cut, then wrap two hot dogs together with bacon.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough, stretch it slightly, and cut it into 4 equal parts.
  3. Place a pair of bacon-wrapped hot dogs in the center of each piece of dough. Cut the edges of the dough into strips of your preferred size and alternately fold them over the bacon-wrapped hot dogs to cover them.
  4. Brush the prepared pouches with a beaten egg and bake them in an AirFryer at 190°C (375°F) for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Baking time may vary depending on the appliance and the size of the pouches.Serve with dipping sauce as desired.
