Ingredients:
- 250 g (8.8 oz) chicken breast
- 200 g (7 oz) potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 100 g (3.5 oz) cream cheese
- 100 g (3.5 oz) grated Gouda cheese
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat evenly with the spices.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin rounds. Grate the carrots and squeeze out any excess moisture.
- Place the seasoned chicken breast slices in a baking dish. Spread the cream cheese over the chicken, then layer the potato rounds on top. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the grated carrots.
- Finish with a layer of grated Gouda cheese. Cook in an air fryer at 170°C (340°F) for about 28 minutes, or until done.
