Ingredients:
- 60 g butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chopped parsley to taste
- 150 g ham
- 1 package of yeast puff pastry
- 150 g grated cheese
- 1 egg
Instructions:

I melt the butter and mix it with the crushed garlic and chopped parsley.

I roll out the puff pastry, spread it with the spicy butter, sprinkle with the ham cut into strips and grated cheese.

I roll them up, cut finger-thick snails, and then flatten them.
- Brush it with beaten egg and bake at 190 degrees for approx. Bake until golden brown in 10 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the appliance and the thickness of the pastry strips.
