An absolute favorite dish. Tender, tasty chicken or you can even try it with tofu or eggplant as a vegetarian version!
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp ground sweet pepper cream (can use spicy too)
- 50 dkg chicken breast fillet
- 4 tablespoons natural Greek yogurt
- 1 head of red onion
- 35 dkg passed tomato
- 2 tsp cane sugar
- 1 dl unsweetened whipped cream or cooking cream, or with coconut cream
- salt and chopped to taste
- parsley green
Instructions:
- I mix the spices with the ground sweet pepper cream. I cut the chicken breast into larger cubes, add the spicy base, the yogurt and mix well.
- Add the chopped red onion to the chicken marinated in this way, pour it into an air fryer pan with a full bottom and bake it at 190 degrees for 10 minutes. I will stir it at half time.
- After baking for 10 minutes, add the pureed tomatoes, salt, sugar, cream, mix and bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Sprinkled with freshly chopped parsley or cilantro, served with flat bread or pita.
