I love this pasta. Quickly ready and very tasty! Roasted garlic makes it really special. It’s a great meat-free dish on busy weekdays, but it can also be a great side dish with fried meats.

Ingredients:

  • 40 dkg cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small head of garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 dkg cream cheese / mascarpone
  • 20 dkg of dry pasta
  • Salt, oregano and freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta as indicated on the package.
  2. Quarter the tomatoes, put them in a heat-resistant bowl, season with salt and pepper, place the whole head of garlic in the middle, cut off the top, sprinkle with olive oil and fry in an air fryer at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. When it’s cooked, I put the tomatoes in a kitchen mixer, squeeze the garlic out of its skin, add the cheese and oregano and blend.
  4. I don’t rinse the strained pasta, pour the tomato sauce over it and serve immediately.
