Not an extra special recipe, but a good one. Very delicious cookies and super easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chilled puff pastry
  • 200g of cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp ground vanilla
  • 1 tsp cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp blueberry jam or any fruit jam
  • 1 egg + 1 tbsp water for coating
  • Grated lemon peel – to taste

Instructions:

  1. I add the vanilla, sugar and lemon peel to the cottage cheese and mix them together.
  2. I roll out the dough, spread one half with cottage cheese, spread the jam on it, fold the other half over it, roll it into strips, roll each them, rmake it into a spiral and line it up in the basket of the AirFryer.
  3. Brush each ‘snail’ with the beaten egg and bake at 200 degrees for 11-12 minutes (in the traditional oven at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes).
  4. Cooking time may vary depending on the device and also depends on the size of the ‘snails’.
