Ingredients:

  • 250 g (8.8 oz) chicken breast
  • 200 g (7 oz) potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) cream cheese
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) grated Gouda cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat evenly with the spices.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin rounds. Grate the carrots and squeeze out any excess moisture.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken breast slices in a baking dish. Spread the cream cheese over the chicken, then layer the potato rounds on top. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with the grated carrots.
  4. Finish with a layer of grated Gouda cheese. Cook in an air fryer at 170°C (340°F) for about 28 minutes, or until done.
Cooking times may vary depending on the appliance and the size of the chicken and vegetables.
