A quick and easy breakfast treat that provides long-lasting energy and is incredibly delicious.


  • 100g rolled oats
  • 30g shredded coconut or oat flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 250ml milk (can be plant-based)
  • 1 red apple
  • A handful of chopped almonds (optional)


  1. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, shredded coconut/oat flour, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, baking powder, honey, and milk. Mix well.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a non-stick heatproof dish (14×21 cm) or grease/flour it. Arrange thinly sliced apple on top, sprinkle with chopped almonds, and bake in the air fryer at 175°C for 23-25 minutes. Alternatively, bake in a conventional oven at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
  3. Serve with plain Greek yogurt according to taste.
